Villa Clava

OVERVIEW

Camp de Mar is an exclusive and peaceful resort with no through traffic, offering an excellent beach and a selection of upmarket bars and restaurants. A luxury golf and spa resort is also located just 1 km from the villa.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa has been finished to a very high standard and is fully air conditioned throughout. It offers five ensuite bedrooms, three of which have external access only and are not connected to the main house internally. The outdoor areas are spacious, with plenty of areas for sitting and relaxing within established Mediterranean gardens, while the attractive infinity pool and terrace enjoy beautiful views over the bay.

An internal courtyard entrance features a wide staircase draped with foliage and flowers, leading to a sitting room with sofas, a fireplace, and access back to the courtyard. There is also a lounge with leather sofas, a TV, and direct access to the outdoor dining terrace and pool, along with a dining room with a vaulted ceiling and access to the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast area and a door opening onto the terrace.

• Bedroom 3 - Master Bedroom with a centrally located double bed, walk in wardrobe, free standing bath, vaulted ceiling and private terrace
• Bedroom 4 - Double/ Twin beds and ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 5 -  Double/ Twin beds, ensuite bathroom and door to private terrace (Not accessible from main villa)

OUTSIDE

The outdoor areas include a private infinity pool with Roman steps, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, and an internal courtyard with alfresco dining facilities and a BBQ. There is also a poolside dining terrace, multiple lounge areas, mature Mediterranean gardens planted with palm trees and cypresses, and parking.
