OVERVIEW

Set at the foot of the UNESCO listed Tramuntana mountains, the villa is just 2 km from the historic town of Pollença, which can be reached in approximately a 20 minute walk. The beaches, marina, shops, water sports, and restaurants of Port de Pollença are also just a 10 minute drive away.

ACCOMMODATION

This spacious villa offers plenty of opportunities for family entertainment. The indoor snug features a pool table that converts into air hockey, a TV, and a selection of board games. Outside, there is an inviting swimming pool alongside a small astro turf games area with a basketball hoop and a table tennis table. Designed with relaxation in mind, the villa also boasts five well appointed ensuite bedrooms and comfortable open plan living spaces. Outdoors, a Bali bed and hammocks invite guests to unwind in the sunshine, while the summer kitchen and lounge areas provide the perfect setting for relaxed drinks and al fresco dining.

There is an open plan lounge and dining area with comfortable seating and direct access to the living spaces. A fully equipped open plan modern kitchen with premium appliances is complemented by a utility room featuring a washing machine, dryer, and large fridge freezer. The entertainment snug includes sofas, a 50″ UHD TV, Blu-ray player, board games, and a pool/air hockey table.
